Here's what to expect in your position:
- Carry out the installation and carry out the production of spot welder;
- Carry out the installation and complete the production of welding by the discharge of stud welding capacitors;
- Follow the established process for production;
- Inspect and control parts; we need your rigour;
- Perform destruction tests and validate the quality of welded pieces; we want quality;
- Complete the parts identification sheet;
- Ensure parts are ready for shipment; we need you to be organized;
- Sand the parts if necessary;
- Fill in the information on the work order and control sheets;
- Perform related tasks when machines are not occupied;
- Make sure you have a clean and safe workstation; we take your health and safety seriously.
Desired skills:
- Have good manual skills;
- Ease of learning;
- Knowledge of the spot welding process (an asset);
- Knowledge of the different types of steel (an asset);
- Good ability to read plans;
- Be methodical, meticulous and orderly;
- Have a good sense of organization and planning;
- Good ability to work in a team.
